Princess Diamonds offers complimentary jewelry cleaning and inspection to any piece of jewelry. Whether it was purchased from us or not, you are more than welcome to have your jewelry inspected and cleaned in our ultrasonic machine. This service is always complimentary.
PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
We continuously recommend having your jewelry professionally cleaned every six months. By doing so, you will not only ensure that your jewelry maintains its beautiful shine, but you’ll also be preventing your jewelry from getting worn down by removing excess dirt in the piece.
JEWELRY INSPECTION
The settings of your fine jewelry pieces weaken over time, so having us inspect your jewelry while you wait is often times more important than just getting it cleaned. Checking for loose gems, prongs, and clasps can detect crucial problems that are in need of repair and may not have been caught without a professional inspection. No one wants to lose one of their stones or diamonds because of a weak or broken prong.
IF A PROBLEM IS DETECTED
• All repairs are done on site, while you wait. Depending on our availability.
• Inspection for loose or damaged stones/prongs is preformed after cleaning.
• Ultrasonic bath expels dirt, oil, and grime off of jewelry and gemstones.
• High pressure distilled water steam cleaner removes any remaining cleaning solution.
• Hand cleaning for sensitive pieces that are unable to withstand chemicals.
Complimentary Lifetime Cleaning and Inspection
Included with all jewelry purchased at Princess Diamonds. Complimentary cleanings and inspections are also extended to jewelry bought elsewhere as a walk in courtesy.
